Classically trained and grounded in hands-on kitchen expertise, I have progressed from chef to senior executive, leading cross-functional teams, scaling innovation pipelines and launching products across international markets. My background spans concept development, industrial scale-up, private label strategy and brand commercialization, allowing me to bridge creativity with operational reality. I am as comfortable in front of a board as I am in a test kitchen, aligning culinary vision with financial performance while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
