I have been in the food service business for almost 50 years. My history taught me how to create great win-win situations with my customers, and with the people that work with me. Starting out at 8 years old, collecting and selling stamps, then moving on to operating a Dickie Dee cart , provided me with an early start in business. When I finally was old enough at 16 I got a job at McDonalds where they taught me how to open up and express myself. At 18 I bought my first business in the Lunch Truck industry. Over the next 20 years I learned how to dramatically expand and changed the industry with the press and creative marketing, which lead to a letter from a former Prime Minister of Canada, and an Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In the following 15 years I worked on moving the food service industry into the future by developing an online ordering system and daily delivery all across Ontario. Helping existing and creating new sandwich companies. At the same time co-partnering in an industry magazine. Over the past 10 years I helped to bring Micro Markets to Canada.
