With a degree in Food and Nutrition and certificates in Food Science, Baking, Artisan Bread Baking, and Culinary Arts, she pairs deep technical know-how with creative flair. A grant recipient of the Starter Company Plus accelerator program, Sylvia is now expanding her entrepreneurial toolkit while building on her strong leadership and communication strengths. Her unique blend of retail insight and production expertise gives her a rare edge in understanding both buyer and supplier needs.
