I partner with founders and leadership teams at growing CPG and food & beverage businesses to build the finance and accounting infrastructure needed to scale. I’ve sat in the CFO seat across multiple high-growth companies, helping businesses navigate growth from roughly $15M to $150M+ in revenue. My work spans financial strategy, forecasting and modeling, accounting and reporting infrastructure, cash and working capital management, COGS and margin optimization, KPI development, and decision support for founders, boards, and investors. At Little Spoon, I built the Finance & Accounting function from the ground up as the business scaled from approximately $15M to $200M+ in revenue and led the financial and operational work behind the largest food & beverage launch in Target history. I’m most useful when a business has outgrown basic bookkeeping or accounting support but doesn’t yet need—or isn’t ready for—a full-time CFO. I can help build the systems, reporting, processes, and financial discipline required for the next stage of growth while remaining hands-on enough to get into the details when needed. I’ve worked across multiple industries, with particularly deep experience in high-growth consumer and CPG businesses. My focus is always the same: give leadership better visibility into the economics of the business, improve profitability and cash management, and create a finance function that helps the company make faster, better decisions.
I provide fractional CFO and strategic finance support to growing CPG and food & beverage businesses that need stronger financial visibility, infrastructure, and decision support. I help founders and leadership teams with financial modeling and forecasting, cash and working capital management, COGS and margin analysis, KPI development, accounting and reporting infrastructure, budgeting, board and investor reporting, and strategic decision-making. My focus is on building a finance function that helps the business scale profitably — not just report what happened, but understand why it happened and what to do next.
