Is there a cost to list my company or products?

We’re Not Here to Gatekeep the Food Industry - We’re Here to Open It Up At Surch, we believe every supplier deserves to be discovered, and every buyer deserves full visibility into what the food industry has to offer. That’s why we made a bold choice: ~ Surch is 100% free for buyers. ~ Supplier plans are priced to include - not exclude. Too many platforms price out smaller players, limit access, or make it hard for buyers to see the full picture. That’s not how we work. Surch only works when the entire industry is represented. From niche ingredient innovators to established co-mans and global packaging leaders. We want you all here. We’re not trying to cash in on visibility. We’re trying to change the way the food industry connects. We offer different pricing plans for suppliers, including basic, premium and enterprise listing options. Who can join as a supplier?

Any business that supplies food industry buyers including: ingredients, finished goods, products, and packaging.

How do I add a product to my profile?

Log into My Company menu, go to Products, and click the Add New Product button in the top right corner of the screen. Fill in the details, upload images, and click save.

How many products can I list?

At Surch, we believe your product range should be seen, not hidden behind a paywall. That’s why our pricing is structured around the number of products you list so you pay for what you need, and you’re free to grow as your offerings expand. We encourage suppliers to showcase their full range. Every ingredient, format, or SKU because the more buyers see, the more opportunities you create. Whether you offer 5 products or 500, Surch gives you the flexibility to shine. Can I edit or remove a product after publishing?

What should I include in my company profile?

Add your logo, business description, location, product categories, certifications, and company location. Where will my company profile appear?

Your profile is visible to buyers searching within your product category or region and can be featured in blog stories, search results, and supplier features.

Do I need to be Surch Certified to appear on the platform?

Certification isn’t required to be listed, but Certified suppliers will display the Certified badge and may be prioritized in search. Surch Certification is more than just a badge. It’s a signal to buyers that your company meets industry standards and is ready to do business. Displaying your certification builds trust, highlights your commitment to quality, and sets you apart in a competitive marketplace. It shows buyers that you're credible, compliant, and serious about partnerships, making it easier for them to choose you with confidence. What does certification include?

Certification typically reviews your business credentials, plant capabilities, insurance, how customer complaints are handled, payment terms, plans for handling fluctuations in volumes and future building plants to ensure transparency and trust.

How do buyers find my products?

Buyers search the platform using filters like newly added, featured, category, product type or free text in the search bar. If your product matches, it will appear in their search results. Will buyers contact me directly?

Yes. Buyers can send a message to your company through the messaging button on the Public Product page and the Company page. You can see the messages icon in My Profile and at the top of the page. How do I follow up with a buyer?

You can respond directly to the message they send you in the messaging feature. All Company users are included in the chat and can answer questions and upload files as needed.
